For publishing services such as editing, formatting, cover design, or ISBN registration, once the work has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for cancellation.
Refunds are applicable only in certain situations and will be processed based on the nature of the service or product purchased.
Refunds may be issued if:
The service purchased has not yet been started.
A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
The order was cancelled within the allowed cancellation period.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Publishing services that have already been started or completed.
Editing, formatting, or design work that has already been delivered.
Books that have already been printed or shipped.
Digital products or downloadable content after delivery.
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
